It would be great if you could add the following two functions:
Deleted text formatting:

Horizontal ruler:

(or similar formatting)
Not sure what to suggest re: the horizontal ruler (that said, have you noticed what happens with three dashes (—)?), but doesn’t Critic Markup offer you a way of marking up deleted text?
