Is there a shortcut for the “Search” field? Cmd-f shows me the Atom-specific search that finds nothing in Foldingtext.
Also I’d love to see a navigation-feature. Best would be something like the project list in taskpaper, maybe you could hack the tree view for this?

Hum… I think i must have changed something Cmd-F should actually work to do this when the outline editor has focus. It seem like right now it only works when in outline mode, but in text mode then it opens the Atom panel… which is a bug, I’ll fix that.
You can also hit “Escape, Escape” to get to the search field. And then also “Escape” to get back to the outline.
