I purchased the app through the in-app system (paddle.com). I paid via PayPal and the money has been pulled. However, FoldingText is stuck on the “Activating Product” screen, and FoldingText does not show up in my paddle.com purchase history. I’ve tried disconnecting from the internet and reconnecting, but it still doesn’t work. I’m hesitant to close the app because I don’t want to pay twice.
Is there anything I can do? Thanks for your help.
