The forum here has a few examples of themes for FT and there are references to others that seem to be available _somewhere_, but where is not specified. One post has a link to “How to Install a Theme” (not the exact title) but that page is 404.

Could someone post a quick catchup of where themes can be found, what themes are available, and where to find info on how to install them?

Thanks.
