Error on a re-install

I had to rebuild my Mac but now FT won’t let me activate my existing license. I get a box displaying message

Error. This license code has been used too many times.

I have the store version from paddle, not the Mac App Store.

Odd I think I replied to this, but don’t seem my reply here. Anyway please contact Paddle support. They will up your license count for you.


I hav still had nothing back from Paddle. Do you have a proper email contact? I used both the web form and also the email they sent to me with my license code.

I just emailed and I think they are upping your allowed install count, if it doesn’t work soon please email them at Let me know if you still have issues… unfortunately this isn’t something that I can change through my own order management panel.
