Is there anyway to convert my license from the Mac appstore to directly from yourselves?
I have a mac in a secure environment with no internet (by design). Mac app store apps are a non starter as apple forces you online to install these apps.

I’d be happy to convert your license to a Paddle license (used when you ordered “directly” from us), but I’m not sure that solves the problem, because I think that still requires an online activation. Have you contacted the Paddle people as suggested here:
