Tes was not downloaded although payed!

I payed for Tes but it wasn’t delivered. The licence sent is not accepted.
Please extorn my card payment!

I am using Monterey 12.6 Mac.
WhenI click on the downloades Icon, it does not open the app. One time I was able to open it, There was no place were I could insert the licence.

Croy, sorry but this app turned out to be a bad idea for me. You had written “If you would like a refund. I can do that also”.
I guess I will ask for that refund!

I sent you a refund. I would still like to get the Tes working for you.
If you get it working you don’t have to purchase it again.

  1. The app is a dmg file. Once you download the app you need double click the dm file.
  2. Drag the Tes icon to the application icon.
  3. The app will now be installed in your Applications directory
  4. In finder under the locations section you can click the up arrow to unmount the dmg file.

Click on the Tes icon in applications. Once the application is running you can click on the license in the email to register it.

I hope this helps and get you up and running. I agree this has been a bit frustrating, if you don’t want to try the above steps to get it working I understand.
