Where is "System Preferences" located in the app?

In the FoldingText User Guide the following is stated:

Set up text replacements in System Preferences > Keyboard > Text panel. On my system, there’s a default “omw” replacement that expands to “On my way!”.

My problem is, that I cannot find any “System Preferences” menu item or button? Where is System preferences located within the app?!?

It’s not in the FoldingText app-it is referring to setting up global test replacements using the macOS System Preferences app.
